Job Description:

The firm is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their successful property team. Responsibilities include handling residential property matters such as sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages, shared ownership, and new build cases. Job Responsibility:

Manage a non-volume case load of residential property matters across sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages, shared ownership, new build etc.

Requirements:

At least 2 years fee earning experience within conveyancing
Experienced residential conveyancer (either qualified solicitor, lawyer, fee earner or CLC)
