Job Description:

This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer joining one of the most respected and progressive law firms in North Yorkshire. The role involves managing non-volume residential property cases and working in a friendly environment with hybrid flexibility.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a non-volume case load of residential property matters across sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages, shared ownership, new build

Requirements:

At least 2 years fee earning experience within conveyancing
experienced residential conveyancer (either qualified solicitor, lawyer, fee earner or CLC)
