Job Responsibility:

Handling a broad mix of residential property work, including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, new build, and transfer of equity matters

Requirements:

At least 2 years’ PQE in conveyancing
Qualified Solicitor
A genuine interest in progressing into a leadership role
Solid communication skills and confidence working independently
Familiarity with SRA compliance and regulatory standards

Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with a solid understanding of the processes and requirements involved
Managing a client caseload independently with confidence and maintain a positive client experience including timeframe expectations
A meticulous approach to work, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately
