Requirements:

3+ years' experience in managing a high-volume Residential Conveyancing caseload
Strong IT literacy, with familiarity using case management systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work to targets in a fast-paced environment

Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with a solid understanding of the processes and requirements involved
Managing a client caseload independently with confidence and maintain a positive client experience including timeframe expectations
