Residential Conveyancer

• Running your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
• Handling a mix of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and new build properties
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to keep transactions on track
• Providing clear, practical legal advice and maintaining high standards of client care
• Ensuring files are managed efficiently in line with compliance and regulatory requirements

• At least 2+ years’ experience handling residential conveyancing files independently
• Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
• A client-focused mindset and strong communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced setting
• A positive, proactive attitude and strong team ethic

Some exposure to light commercial conveyancing is desirable but not essential
