Job Description

Are you an experienced and proactive Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner ready for your next opportunity? This role offers hybrid working, giving you the flexibility to combine time in the office with working from home, while managing an engaging and diverse caseload that will help you take the next step in your legal career.

Job Responsibility

Managing a full caseload of residential and light commercial conveyancing files from instruction to completion
Dealing with a range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new build matters
Communicating clearly and effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure transactions progress smoothly
Delivering practical, straightforward legal advice and building strong, lasting client relationships

Requirements

Solid experience in residential conveyancing
ideally some exposure to commercial property matters
Proven ability to handle a busy, varied caseload with minimal supervision
A client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and confidence working under pressure to meet deadlines
Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a collaborative attitude
