Job Description:

Are you a confident and experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner looking for a role that offers flexibility, variety, and career growth? With hybrid working, you’ll have the freedom to balance office collaboration with remote working, while handling a varied caseload.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters
  • Handling the purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties, as well as leases, licenses, mortgages, and land transactions
  • Working closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other professionals to ensure smooth and efficient transactions
  • Providing clear, practical advice to clients, guiding them through the legal process with confidence and ease

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing, with a strong understanding of property law
  • A track record of working directly with clients, providing a professional yet personable service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • A proactive, positive approach
