Job Description:

My client is a well-established law firm based in the heart of Liverpool city centre, offering a rare opportunity for the right person to join their close-knit team. With a small, manageable caseload, you’ll have the breathing space to do your best work – and most importantly, enjoy your weekends without taking the job home. You’ll be handling a broad mix of residential property work, including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, new build, and transfer of equity matters.

Job Responsibility:

Handling a broad mix of residential property work, including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, new build, and transfer of equity matters

Requirements:

At least 2 years’ PQE in conveyancing
Qualified Solicitor
A genuine interest in progressing into a leadership role
Solid communication skills and confidence working independently
Familiarity with SRA compliance and regulatory standards
