Sacco Mann are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful full-service law firm based in the heart of Newcastle. This leading practice has built an outstanding reputation for delivering top-tier legal advice and exceptional client service, and they are now seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their thriving team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including, sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity and remortgages
  • Support the Head of Residential Conveyancing in the day-to-day running of the department
  • Contribute to the future development and growth of the residential conveyancing team
  • Deliver a top-tier service to a diverse and valued client base

Requirements:

  • Minimum four years’ fee-earning experience in a Residential Conveyancing department
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of residential property law
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Committed to high-quality client service and maintaining professional standards
  • Motivated, proactive, and looking to grow within a leading law firm
