This leading practice has built an outstanding reputation for delivering top-tier legal advice and exceptional client service, and they are now seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their thriving team.

Job Responsibility

Manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including, sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity and remortgages
Support the Head of Residential Conveyancing in the day-to-day running of the department
Contribute to the future development and growth of the residential conveyancing team
Deliver a top-tier service to a diverse and valued client base

Requirements

Minimum four years’ fee-earning experience in a Residential Conveyancing department
Strong understanding of all aspects of residential property law
Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
Committed to high-quality client service and maintaining professional standards
Motivated, proactive, and looking to grow within a leading law firm
