Job Description:

An urgent requirement has become available for a Residential Conveyancer looking to join a top regional law firm in Walsall. Applications are invited from qualified Residential Conveyancers or Paralegals looking for an opportunity to deal with a varied caseload whilst assisting on more complex matters. Salary is upwards of £32K. An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes the high street and high net worth individuals.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Residential Conveyancers or Paralegals
  • At least 1 year experience managing a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, Sales and Purchases and Transfers of Equity from start to finish

  • Managing a client caseload independently with confidence and maintain a positive client experience including timeframe expectations
