Job Description:

The firm is looking to recruit a residential conveyancer for a permanent opportunity joining their very successful property team. The role involves managing residential property matters across sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages, shared ownership, new build. Job Responsibility:

Manage a non volume case load of residential property matters across sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages, shared ownership, new build.

Requirements:

At least 2 years fee earning experience within conveyancing
Experienced residential conveyancer (qualified solicitor, lawyer, fee earner or CLC).
