Job Responsibility:
Manage your own caseload of around 40–45 residential files, progressing matters efficiently from instruction to completion
Reviewing pre-prepared Auction Packs and taking the lead on transactions from start to finish
Drafting contracts and Land Registry documents
Handling AML checks and documentation
Responding to enquiries and managing all legal aspects of the transaction
Preparing Financial Statements and completion documents
Facilitating exchange and legal completion
Maintaining full compliance with SRA, Solicitor Account Rules and internal policies
Delivering exceptional customer service to clients, partner agents and all parties involved
Requirements:
Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
