Job Responsibility

Thoroughly clean lobbies, laundry room and washroom, elevator cab, garbage chute and garbage rooms, including mopping and vacuuming of all floors, runners and furniture using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment
Cleaning, and wiping of all windows, doors, trims, baseboards, walls, floors in the common areas, including the tops of washers and dryers
Dust all lobby area light shades, table tops, picture frames, and elevator fans
Clean and polish all stainless steel
Ensure vacant apartments are thoroughly cleaned as per company standards and completed on schedule as directed by property manager
Remove and dispose of all pamphlets and flyers from mail room, lobby area, and garbage receptacles
Remove debris on every floor
Follow Health & Safety guidelines including WHMIS
Identify and report urgent repairs or hazards to management
Maintain a positive relationship with co-workers and tenants
