Residential Children Support Worker

• Providing care and support to children in a residential setting
• Creating a safe and nurturing environment
• Contributing to individualized care plans
• Assisting children with their daily activities
• Maintaining accurate records

• At least 6 months of experience as a Residential Children Support Worker in a residential setting within the last 3 years
• Your own car and a full UK driving license
• An updated DBS certificate (or a valid Police Clearance certificate if you've lived outside the UK for over 6 months in the last 5 years)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Genuine commitment to the welfare of children
• Strong understanding of safeguarding policies
