A Residential Children's Home provides a safe and supportive living environment for children and young people who cannot live with their birth families. Our homes are designed to replicate a family setting, staffed by professionals who provide 24/7 care. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting young people with their education, homework, meals, behaviour, and engaging them in activities both within the home and the community, aiming to create an experience as close to a normal family home as possible.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience working within a residential children's home
Experience supporting children and young people who display challenging behaviour (verbal and physical)
Experience working with young people who have experienced trauma, abuse, and neglect
Experience working with children with diagnosed learning disabilities
