Job Responsibility

  • Providing 24-hour care, meeting children's health, hygiene, and safety needs
  • Managing challenging behaviors using appropriate strategies
  • Administering medication and maintaining professional standards
  • Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and supervision of activities
  • Supporting educational needs and teaching essential life skills

Requirements

  • SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable)
  • Previous experience working in a residential setting with young people
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong communication skills
  • PVG scheme registration
  • Full driving license (preferred)
