Job Responsibility:
Deliver high-standard, 24-hour support within a nurturing, homely environment
Guide young people through daily routines, acting as a consistent, calming presence
Navigate sessions involving early trauma or EBD with professional poise
Maintain precise digital records in accordance with National Care Standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in a residential setting with vulnerable youth is essential
SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is highly desirable
Full UK driving licence is required
Must pass an enhanced PVG check and provide a two-year reference history
