Job Responsibility:
Deliver high-standard, 24-hour care tailored to individual needs of young people
Use experience to support service users dealing with early trauma and emotional difficulties
Guide young people through daily routines, from educational preparation to developing independence
Lead creative projects and outdoor excursions
Confidently manage digital care records and contribute to ongoing assessment of young people's progress
Requirements:
Solid background in residential childcare, youth work, or similar specialist care setting
Patient, warm, and highly skilled in de-escalation and emotional encouragement
Full UK Manual driving licence
Must pass an enhanced PVG check and provide comprehensive, robust employment history
Comfort using electronic reporting systems
