Job Responsibility:

  • Provide high-standard, 24-hour care within a warm, domestic setting
  • support young people through daily routines including school preparation and meal times
  • foster independence by planning engaging community activities
  • maintain clear professional boundaries while building strong, supportive relationships
  • collaborate with a passionate team to ensure a safe, nurturing, and clean environment
  • work a consistent rota that includes essential sleep-in shifts
