Job Responsibility

Work in partnership with team to provide support tailored to the young person's needs, either one-to-one or two-to-one
Include every aspect of home life from driving children to and from school, appointments, and visits
Food preparation, household chores, and making lasting memories through fun-filled activities, outings, and holidays
Based within one home on a full-time basis
Occasionally required to support other homes within the same geographical area

What we offer

Starting salary of £35,468.95 to £37,043.94 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience
Full-time roles operate on a rota pattern of one day on (24 hours, including sleepover) and two days off (48 hours)
Average weekly working hours including sleepovers are 56.4
Part-time and zero-hour contracts available for flexibility
5.6 weeks annual leave per annum (pro-rata for part-time contracts)

We will communicate with you regularly regarding your availability for shifts. We require you to cover as many shifts as possible and request that you carry out at least one shift, every four weeks, to remain in the role
