Residential Child Care Officer

As a Residential Child Care Officer, you’ll play a vital role in delivering higher-quality care and support to children and young people. You’ll work closely with colleagues and external professionals to ensure each individual’s needs are met, empowering them to develop independence, confidence and life skills. This role involves working a shift pattern including evenings and weekends.
