Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day care and guidance in a safe, supportive home environment
Build positive, trusting relationships that offer stability, encouragement and emotional support
Support young people with daily routines, education and recreational activities
Help implement individual care plans tailored to each young person’s needs and goals
Maintain accurate and professional records and documentation
Requirements:
A current driver’s licence (minimum P2)
A Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Completion of or willingness to enrol in a Certificate IV or Diploma in a relevant field (Community Services, Youth/Social Work, etc.)
Nice to have:
Experience working with young people or in related areas (disability, mental health, aged care, childcare)
