Job Description:

We are seeking people who are passionate about improving lives of some of the most vulnerable children and young people in looked after care and can show understanding, compassion and empathy whilst providing a high-quality care. We are looking for flexible and dynamic people to join us in providing care and support to children who have complex needs, may display socially unaware behaviour and may have experienced abuse, neglect and trauma.

Job Responsibility:

providing child centred care 7 days a week
working as part of a rota including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends
being available to sleep-in as part of the rota
improving lives of vulnerable children and young people in looked after care
providing care and support to children who have complex needs, may display socially unaware behaviour and may have experienced abuse, neglect and trauma
