Residential Care Worker Childrens Services

• Provide direct care within a residential setting
• Ensure a safe and nurturing home-like environment
• Promote positive family relationships
• Work within a trauma-informed framework with young people who have complex needs and challenging behaviours

• Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care) or equivalent or working towards
• Valid Australian full driver's licence
• Valid Australian working rights
• Willingness to complete a Child Safety and Personal Screening Check
• Hold or willing to obtain Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid and CPR qualifications
• Availability to work any rostered shifts across a 24/7 roster model including awake nights and sleepovers
