We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Residential Care Manager at Beaconsfield Heights Care Home in Beaconsfield. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the group of Care Supervisors within the home ensuring that a high-quality delivery of personal care is delivered to our residents
  • Be an advocate for all residents, maintaining the best interest in all areas of the resident's wellbeing
  • Co-ordinating the resident assessment process, ensuring that the planned care is accurate and reflected in each individual care plan
  • Supporting, guiding, and developing their team members
  • Managing the process of ensuring that all equipment is stored in line with the manufacturer's instructions and is cleaned and stored appropriately after use
  • Ensuring compliance with the Safe Medication Management programme, with robust auditing procedures
  • Undertaking Quality Care Spot Checks reporting on the quality of care provided by Care Supervisors, Carers and Senior Carers within their team.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 4 in Care or equivalent
  • A Minimum of two years' experience in long-term care or similar industry
  • Comprehensive understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards
  • Experience in leading a team in a similar care environment.
