Residential Care Lead – Eversfield Care Home CQC rating: Good Address: 56 Reigate Rd, Reigate, RH2 0QR Salary: £17.16 per hour + Benefits Contract: Full - Time, Permanent. Flexibility to work weekends and occasional nights is required. This role includes a combination of supernumerary hours and time spent working on the floor. About the Role We’re looking for a dedicated Residential Care Lead who will ensure that our residents and those who care for them can flourish. In this vital role, you will be at the forefront of driving a culture of excellence and fostering an environment for your lead area where our staff feel valued, supported, and engaged. What You'll Do Lead and promote a high‑quality, compassionate service, ensuring compliance with CQC, MCA, and safeguarding requirements Work closely with the home leadership team to maintain a safe, happy, and well‑run environment for residents Oversee admissions, care planning, reviews, and medication management to agreed standards Support residents’ personal care, wellbeing, independence, and engagement, liaising with external professionals as needed Manage, support, and develop colleagues in your lead area, including rotas and safe staffing within budget Complete audits, investigations, and administrative tasks in line with organisational procedures Qualifications & Skills Level 4 Diploma in Lead Preactioner, or an equivalent qualification.
