Sotogrande International School is seeking a dynamic and passionate Residential Camp Monitor to assume this role for our Summer Camps in Sotogrande. The main responsibility of the Residential Monitor is to ensure that campers have a fun, engaging, and safe experience while at camp. They serve as the primary point of contact for campers and are expected to build strong, supportive relationships with them. The Residential Monitor’s role is akin to that of a guardian during the campers' stay, helping them feel comfortable, safe, and engaged throughout the camp experience. They will work closely with both campers and staff to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere, with the aim of providing a memorable and enriching summer.

Job Responsibility:

  • Report to Head of Juniors/Head of Masters and Collaborate with Senior Leadership
  • Provide Pastoral Care for Campers
  • Enforce Camp Procedures
  • Supervise Campers at All Times
  • Assist with Daily Camp Operations
  • Maintain Clean and Tidy Spaces
  • Participate in Evening and Late Duties
  • Emergency and Incident Response
