Job Description:

At Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles, the Residential Public Area Attendant is responsible for keeping all residential common areas, both interior and exterior, in addition to the administrative areas clean and well stocked.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the F&B program by keeping kitchen areas and storage areas clean, supporting inventory control, and assisting with the delivery of grab and go, drop and go, as well as table service in the Resident’s Lounge
  • Support the F&B program by keeping the stewarding areas clean and supporting the culinary team with the cleaning and replenishment of kitchen items and operating supplies
  • Check, clean and restock all residential area washrooms, residential lobby, mail room, residential corridors, and all common areas (e.g. gym, pool, theatre, resident’s lounge, etc.) and heart-of-house space (inclusive of office space etc.)
  • Anticipate residents’ needs and take ownership of concerns and requests
  • act decisively to ensure satisfaction
  • Proficient in the safe handling of all relevant equipment and machinery
  • reporting defects and accidents to management immediately
  • Clean and self-inspect public areas as assigned and in accordance with Four Seasons standards
  • Operate the washers and dryers to ensure pool terry, gym terry and other in-house laundry needs are processed in an expedient manner
  • Spot all furniture and keep it in its proper place
  • Clean all common areas including elevators/lifts, elevator/lift doors, windows, carpets as well as collect garbage/trash throughout the property
  • Offer assistance to any resident in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Maintain all equipment and supplies and use them in a proper manner
  • Keep Housekeeping storage areas tidy and correctly stocked and closed at all times when not in use
  • Responsible for reporting any malfunctioning equipment
  • Enforce rules and regulation with residents
  • Handle lost and found items in coordination with Security Manager
  • Carry out any other cleaning duties as assigned by the Residential Leader
  • Support sustainable efforts as set out by the property
  • Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned
  • Form part of the Emergency Response team while on shift
  • Maintain cleanliness, inventory, set-ups and standards in the Pool and Fitness Center areas and have the ability to provide proper and safe operation of the equipment in these areas

Requirements:

  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
  • Secondary education
  • A high degree of product knowledge and relevant technical skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
