Operating from the Residential Lobby, the Residential Ambassador responds to a wide variety of homeowner requests by accurately assessing the resident’s needs and inquiries; offering personal recommendations and individualized and intuitive touches to achieve maximum resident satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Handles all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
Responds to all resident requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and residence practices
Assist with conflict resolution and guidance for homeowners in alignment with the Rules & Regulations
Processes packages, messages, deliveries and mail
Manages and provides access to the building(s) and units with all vendor/contractor/homeowners’ service providers and visitors
Ensures that collateral and information for vendors, restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current
Is knowledgeable about what activities are available in the local vicinity
Opportunities to assist in creation and planning of resident events held by HOA
Updates homeowner profiles with any relevant information
Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements
Assists with coordination of owner requests to use the service elevator
Actively monitors security and privacy of the building and owners
Requirements:
At least two years of post-secondary education is preferred
One to three years of concierge or lifestyle services experience in a luxury environment
Excellent communication skills
Good verbal and written communication skills is required
Ability to communicate with a diverse team of employees, homeowners, visitors, and vendors
Fluent in English, written and verbal

Able to work with minimal supervision and be pro-active in their approach to problem resolution
Able to work while standing or walking for most of the shift
