Job Description

Support Worker - Complex Needs. Are you passionate about helping others and confident in fast‑paced environments? If you have experience supporting people with complex needs and challenging behaviours-or transferable skills from other care, community or support roles-this could be the perfect next step. Full training is provided. You'll join a supportive team that values your experience and gives you the tools and training to deliver the best possible care. Your skills will genuinely make a difference. This is a varied, high‑energy role. Working Pattern: This is a 24/7 service. You will work any 5 days out of 7 on a rota, including a mix of weekdays and weekends. Days and Nights available: Days 7am - 2.30pm / 2.30 - 10pm OR Nights 10pm - 7am.

Job Responsibility

  • Support adults with a range of complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, dementia, mental health conditions and challenging behaviours
  • Help people stay safe, build independence, and work towards meaningful everyday goals

Requirements

  • Previous experience supporting people with complex needs and challenging behaviours
  • Strong transferable skills from related environments
  • Experience in autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health or behavioural support
  • Transferable skills from roles requiring resilience, communication or de‑escalation
  • Confidence and resilience in fast‑paced environments
  • A calm, person‑centred approach
  • A genuine passion for helping people live more independently
  • Unrestricted right to work full time in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS check required
