Job Description

At The Beeches, our adult residential service, we’re looking for a creative, energetic, and compassionate Residential Activity Coordinator to bring joy, stimulation, and connection into the daily lives of the people we support. As our Activity Coordinator, you’ll design and deliver a varied programme of meaningful, person‑centred activities that enrich daily life. You’ll work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure each individual has opportunities to learn, express themselves, and enjoy new experiences.

Requirements

  • Confidence to challenge the norm and try new things
  • Curious by asking questions and showing an interest in training and development opportunities

  • Bringing your best self to work, being happy and positive in the way you work
  • At least 6 months of UK based work experience in any sector
  • Enhanced DBS check
