Set up, adjust, and safely use equipment and adaptive devices during treatment sessions, spending much of the workday on your feet while actively engaging residents in therapy
Observe and report resident performance, progress, and tolerance to treatment to the supervising Occupational Therapist, contributing to updates of the plan of care and treatment goals
Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques, proper use of equipment, and energy conservation strategies as directed by the Occupational Therapist
