Job Responsibility

Deliver front of house support to residents and visitors, creating a welcoming environment where individuals feel comfortable raising concerns about their accommodation or wellbeing
Accurately update and manage the company's internal booking and customer relationship management systems
The role includes a sales element - encouraging re-lets, conducting show flat tours and supporting the lettings process
Assist with property tours to support maximum occupancy
Ensure the building is operated and maintained in line with company policies and procedures to provide a high-quality service
Respond promptly and effectively to enquiries and complaints, taking appropriate action in accordance with company procedures
Gather and act on feedback to continuously improve services

Acts as a customer technical liaison for Juniper Networks support and development teams
Testing product features and functionality to provide solution post implementation to meet design requirement
