We are now looking for a Resident Services Assistant to join our team in L’Aquila and help deliver an exceptional resident experience every day. This is a varied, fast-paced and people-focused role where no two days are the same. You will be at the heart of the property operation, supporting students, visitors and the wider property team while helping create a welcoming, safe and engaging environment for our residents.
Job Responsibility
Deliver exceptional customer service to students, visitors and stakeholders
Provide professional front desk and telephone support
Support student check-in and check-out processes
Manage keys, access fobs and visitor sign-in procedures
Support events, open days and property viewings
Assist with parcel management and general administration
Log maintenance requests and support facilities helpdesk operations
Support rent collection and overdue payment follow-up processes
Promote resident engagement and student wellbeing initiatives
Respond professionally to emergencies and complaints
Support the upkeep and presentation of communal areas
Work collaboratively with the wider ORLA team to maintain high service standards
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, student accommodation, residential services or reception-based roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised with good administrative ability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-facing environment
Positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude
Good IT skills and confidence using systems and databases
