Job Responsibility

Provide Clinical Pharmacy Services (drug information, drug therapy monitoring, patient-specific consultations, healthcare staff and patient education, while completing required and elective rotations

Serve as an informational and patient problem solving resource for clinical staff pharmacists

Facilitate appropriate treatment selection through use of protocols tailored to the causes of rejection in the event of acute and/or chronic allograft injury or rejection
Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents, offering an elective rotation for solid organ transplant
