Job Description

This is a highly technical role providing post-sales on-site support for Juniper Networks products. It involves working directly with customer engineering teams, managing complex network environments, and ensuring operational excellence through troubleshooting and analysis.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain expertise on deployed products

Requirements

  • Senior Network Engineering Design/Architecture, Operational, and Support experience in Data Center network environments
  • expertise in Juniper products (QFX, EX, Apstra, Junos)
  • deep understanding of Data Center network technologies (Layer 2 switching, EVPN, Layer 2 and Layer 3 Multicast, OSPF, BGP, GRE, VXLAN)
  • experience with Automation Frameworks and DevOps Concepts (Kubernetes, Ansible, Python) is a plus
  • technical knowledge and analysis for complex problems
  • strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
  • ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
  • expertise in customer engineering collaboration and root cause analysis
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • certifications such as JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, CCIE are a plus.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Automation Frameworks, DevOps Concepts, and Programming Languages such as Kubernetes, Ansible, Python
