Job Description:

Strategic business leader of rooms operations at Sheraton Grand Hangzhou Wetland Park Resort, responsible for Front Office, Retail/Gift Shops, Recreation/Fitness Center, Housekeeping and Security/Loss Prevention. Oversees development and implementation of departmental strategies, ensures brand service strategy execution, focuses on employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and financial performance optimization.

Job Responsibility:

Functions as strategic business leader of rooms operations
Acts as General Manager in his/her absence
Oversees Front Office, Retail/Gift Shops, Recreation/Fitness Center, Housekeeping and Security/Loss Prevention
Develops and implements departmental strategies
Ensures implementation of brand service strategy and initiatives
Manages property operations and develops operational strategy
Leads operations teams and manages employee relations
Manages relationships with property stakeholders
Manages profitability and financial performance
Manages guest experience and ensures service quality

Requirements:

2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
