Complete pre-entry induction visits for properties within the programme

Keep residents informed about the programme of works concerning their homes
Track and maintain records of customer feedback and complaints for consistent service improvement
Requirements:
Previous experience in a liaison officer role or similar within a social housing environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with proficient IT skills
