An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing Refurbishment business for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a dynamic partnership team. Based in our Nottingham office and reporting to the Senior Resident Liaison Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of social housing refurbishment projects. Acting as the key link between residents, the project team and our client, you will ensure a positive and consistent customer experience throughout the programme of works. You will manage the end-to-end resident journey, from pre-start visits and profiling through to ongoing communication, handling queries or complaints, and providing aftercare following completion. You will also maintain accurate records on our CRM system, support project administration, and build strong relationships with residents, leaseholders and stakeholders.
Job Responsibility
