5 years experience in graduate medical education with knowledge of the NRMP and ERAS programs
Accreditation in respective programs completed/or eligible

Job Responsibility

Coordinates all aspects of the residency program including organization and development of resident applicant interview process
Coordinates monthly resident evaluations
Organizes and maintains residents and graduates' files
Schedules formal evaluation sessions between resident and residency director
Assists during the periodic reapplication process to the national accreditation council
Completes all resident and program data forms
Liaison Between residents and faculty
Assists residents with applications for permanent medical licensure and board examination certifications

Job Responsibility

Provide primary medical care to patients, including collecting and recording patient information in the EMR in a thorough and timely manner

ordering, performing, and interpreting tests and analyzing records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients' conditions
monitoring patients' conditions and progress and reevaluating treatments as necessary
explaining procedures and discussing test results or prescribed treatments with patients
advising patients concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention
referring patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary
and participating in hospital admission and follow-up of patients, making arrangement for services as needed
Coordinate work with other members of the care team, including nurses, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, pharmacists, psychologists, and other health care providers
Provide emergency medical treatment to WFH patients as needed, and provide emergency medical treatment as requested or appropriate to non-WFH patients who are at or near a location where the physician is present for the purpose of providing services to WFH patients

Perform any special projects deemed necessary by your direct supervisor/concierge or the Residential Manager

Updates homeowner profiles with any relevant information
Manage and provide access to the building(s) and units with all vendor/contractor/resident’s service providers and visitors, based on advanced authorization, assists with vendor/contractor scheduling, verifies identity and provides appropriate residence access for vendor/contractors and resident’s service providers
Controls entry doors and elevator/lift access
Assists Residential Concierge with responsibilities and duties in their absence or due to heavy volume periods
