Job Description:

The Resident Engineer L1 role at NTT DATA involves overseeing video conferencing solutions, ensuring security and availability. Candidates should have a BE/B. TECH/Diploma in IT and at least 2 years of experience in VC-AV solutions and IT security management. Responsibilities include monitoring systems, providing user support, and maintaining audio-video setups. This is an on-site position in India.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain the Total Solution provided by the Bidder at the respective location and the Central Infrastructure
  • Perform day to day monitoring and management of the Integrated Display based VC systems at their respective offices and the Audio-Video Setup at CR-2, Mumbai
  • Facilitate the end users in joining meetings through these VC devices
  • Perform preventive maintenance of the devices on a monthly basis
  • Coordinate with the vendor
  • Perform a dry run of the VC solution at the respective office and submit the status report in the form of a daily checklist to the local IT Cell officials
  • Provide necessary onsite support during the online meetings through cloud / On-Premises Video Conferencing meetings in the Bank
  • Maintain a log of the meetings (Held through cloud-based online meeting application / On-Premises Video Conferencing meetings) and submit it to the IT cell for analysis and information
  • Change all the consumable parts well in time
  • At all times strictly follow the confidentiality conditions laid out by Bank and changes made to it from time to time
  • Displaying identity card with photo from the company
  • Submit the weekly pending calls report for the respective location to the local IT Cell officials
  • Maintain a Monthly downtime report for the overall VC solution / VC device at any given location across the Bank
  • Monthly report of standby's / spares deployed
  • hardware repaired
  • Maintain all the passive components
  • Submit detailed RCA for all Down times within 24 hours

Requirements:

  • BE/B. TECH/ Diploma in IT
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in VC-AV solution
  • Experience in network management
  • Experience in IT security management
