Job Description:

Aramark Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Resident District Manager to lead facilities operations at the University of Pennsylvania. This is a large, complex higher education campus environment in Philadelphia, PA. This senior leadership role oversees all aspects of custodial services, supporting a dynamic academic setting with diverse buildings, infrastructure, and stakeholder needs. The Resident District Manager serves as the on-site executive leader, accountable for delivering safe, efficient, and high-performing facilities operations while maintaining strong alignment with client expectations. This role provides overall vision, planning, and direction across multiple service lines, ensuring operational consistency, financial performance, and a high-quality campus experience for students, faculty, and staff. This position is best suited for a leader with deep experience in higher education facilities, large campus environments, or complex institutional operations, with a strong ability to manage scale, navigate stakeholder relationships, and lead large, multi-functional teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Completes and reconciles community reports in accordance with monthly calendar, including accounting reports, community traffic reports, and community activity reports. Maintains records and files in accordance with the Operations Manual
  • Assists prospective residents by checking the status of inventory
  • reviews new and pre-owned home listings, shows homes to prospective residents, and assists with rental applications at the discretion of the manager
  • Maintains the petty cash fund, ensuring to record expenditures in proper accounts
  • Prepares and distributes resident and community communications such as rule reminders, violation notices, rent increase letters, delinquency notices, eviction paperwork, lease addendums and renewals. Reviews and codes invoices and statements for approval
