The Resident District Manager at American Dining Creations will oversee multiple dining accounts and play a pivotal role in shaping guest experiences. Job Responsibility:
Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area's dining accounts by making regular visits and interacting with management
Oversee operational practices making sure that each dining account runs smoothly and meets projected revenues and sales estimates
Analyze results and trends
develop action plans to improve performance
Coordinate with and make recommendations to senior management to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Monitor P&L financial reports for each account and develop effective ways to match performance with company projections
Maintain and enforce up-to-date knowledge of local safety and sanitation requirements
Motivate culinary team to enhance modernization and innovation to current menus
Cultivate and grow a strong team of committed managers that will maintain profit margins and implement business plan
Ensure that all projects are executed profitably and in compliance with standardized business practices
Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep up to date with competition
May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
10+ years of relevant industry and management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Keep up with top culinary techniques and trends
Ability to sell, manage, and promote growth
