Job Description:

Resident Care Workers (RCW) assist and/or perform all activities of daily living.

Job Responsibility:

Assist and/or perform all activities of daily living
Perform 2 hour checks on all Residents
Follow bath, toileting and Pad list
Remind Residents of meals, activities, outings, and any appointments and get them ready
Document any health issues pertaining to a Resident and report to Nurse
Complete daily tick sheets

Requirements:

Caring & Compassion
Willing to learn and/or already have an understanding of Resident safety
TB test
Vulnerable Sector Check
Team player
