Job Description

In this position, you will join our Hong Kong Buildings business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of Built Environment projects such as schools, data centres, casinos and a variety of Government projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Carry out site supervision and/ or conduct design coordination
  • Inspect, supervise and monitor the material and workmanship quality to ensure that it is up to contract requirements and Hong Kong legislations
  • Liaise with consultants and contractors on site matters
  • Prepare reports and keep records of works carried out and the work progress on site
  • Control, monitor and attend testing & commissioning activities
  • and Prepare defect list to contractors and monitor defects rectification progress and results

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or Higher certificate holder in Mechanical or Electrical or Building Services discipline
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience with minimum 4 years of site experience in the capacity of BSI
  • Data Centre site experience will be an advantage
  • Registered Electrical Worker (REW) in Grade B Electrical Worker will be an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
