Certificate or above in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 4 years related site experience in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, preferably with working experience in the capacity of Assistant Building Services Inspector
or equivalent
Station on construction site and occasional travel to PRC may be required for inspection of off-site works and materials
Effective communication in both English and Cantonese and interpersonal skill
Knowledge and/or experience in Statutory authority and public utilities regulations, requirements, inspections and handover practice

Job Responsibility

Assist in all aspects of supervision of building services work on site within the contracts and maintenance of site records
Assist in monitoring of labour resources, progress, materials and equipment used on site
Assist in inspection and witness testing and commissioning of building services installations
Assist in the checking of as-fitted drawings submitted by contractors
Monitor rectification of defects and report status
Liaise with consultants / main contractors / sub-contractors / suppliers and the HKSTP project team and facilities maintenance/operation team, and etc
