The Resident Assistant has full responsibility for direct resident care including activities of daily living (ADLs).
Job Responsibility:
Full responsibility for direct resident care including activities of daily living (ADLs)
Assists resident with all personal care skills (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Makes appropriate observations about the resident’s condition in every interaction
Records and follows-up with changes in resident’s condition in a timely manner
Assists residents with laundry and housekeeping services as needed
Requirements:
Willing to take a criminal background check
At least one of the following, or willing to obtain within 200 days of hire: a current CNA license, or an HCA (Healthcare Assistant) certificate
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Care giving experience in Memory Care or Assisted Living
