Job Responsibility

Assists resident with activities of daily living (ADL's) and all personal care skills (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Makes appropriate observations about the resident’s condition in every interaction
Records and follows-up with changes in resident’s condition in a timely manner
Assists residents with laundry and housekeeping services as needed

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years previous experience as a a caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Assistant (MA) or similar roles within a nursing home setting is a plus
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
Candidate must have the ability to push/pull more or less than 200lbs in a wheelchair

Job Responsibility

Aid residents that have limited mobility by helping them walk or transporting in wheelchairs to/from their dental appointment
Assist the clinical team with Patient Census Reports, obtaining face sheets and other assigned administrative type duties
