Job Description

Our welcoming team at Alma Place is looking for a Resident Advisor to join Fresh and help create a great place for our residents to call home. You’ll work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts will fall between 8am and 5pm, on a rota basis. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Job Responsibility

  • Creating a friendly, vibrant community where residents feel safe and included
  • organising social events and activities
  • communicating with residents through social media and other channels
  • welcoming residents and visitors at reception
  • handling day-to-day enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
  • supporting administration tasks, including processing rental payments
