Join the Fresh team and help create an outstanding place for our residents to call home. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and community‑focused Resident Advisor to join our welcoming team at The Tannery. Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm (on a rota), you’ll play a key role in ensuring our residents feel supported, safe, and part of a vibrant community.
Job Responsibility:
Providing excellent customer service via email, phone, and face‑to‑face
Welcoming residents at reception and supporting day‑to‑day enquiries
Taking accurate rental payments and supporting essential admin tasks
Creating a positive living environment through social events and community activities
Managing communication across our social media channels and traditional platforms
Working closely with the wider on-site team to ensure the smooth running of the building
Requirements:
Approachable, friendly, and passionate about creating a sense of community
Highly organised with strong time‑management skills
Comfortable using social media and confident with admin tasks
A great listener who can help residents feel supported
Enthusiastic, solutions‑focused and keen to make a positive impact
