As a Resident Advisor, you will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm on a rota basis, as part of a collaborative and supportive on-site team. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe and engaging environment for our residents. This includes organising social events, managing both digital (social media) and traditional communications, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibility
Acting as the first point of contact for residents, delivering excellent customer service via email, phone and face-to-face
Creating a vibrant community through events and resident engagement initiatives
Supporting reception duties, including welcoming residents and visitors
Assisting with administrative tasks, including processing rental payments accurately
Building strong relationships with residents, colleagues and the wider team
Helping ensure the smooth and efficient running of the building
